Planning Meeting 4th November 2013

 

The Meeting of South Cave Parish Council Planning Committee took place in the Town Hall, Market Place, South Cave at 7.00pm.

1973      Apologies for absence

Cllr Kelly proposed apologies be accepted from Cllrs Kingdom & Munby, seconded Cllr Jamieson, All in favour.

 

1974      Declarations of Interest

                (i)There were one declaration of interest.

Cllr M Turner declared a non pecuniary interest in minute ref: 1975 (i)

(ii)There were no dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of items on the agenda items.

 

1975       Planning

(i)13/03338/PLF - Erection of a single storey and two storey extension to rear and side at 33 Beverley Road, South Cave for Miss P Hunter – Application type: Full Planning Permission

The meeting was closed at 7:10p.m for the applicant to make a short supporting statement and re-opened at 7:17p.m.

Cllr Lenton proposed the Parish Council raise no objection to the application as this has no adverse effect on the neighbouring properties or the streetscene.  Seconded Cllr Kelly, Vote 7 in favour, 1 abstention

 

1976      Planning Decisions

(i)13/02887/PLF – Erection of wind turbine (24.8 metres to hub, 34.5 to tip) with associated cable run and access at Land South West of Weedley Farm, Riplingham, South Cave for Mr S. Sergent – Withdrawn (REF)

The Parish Council noted the decisions made by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council

 

Cllr L. Turner arrived at the meeting 7:35p.m – Apologies received for the late arrival

 

1977      Planning - Trees

(i)13/03339/TCA – Description of Works: SOUTH CAVE CONSERVATION AREA - Fell Beech tree (T1) as it is poor specimen leaning/growing over neighbours property and towards applicants house, tree is too close to buildings and interfering with telephone lines

Location; 11 West End South Cave East Riding of Yorkshire HU15 2EX 

Applicant: Mrs Jo Bannister

Application Type: Tree Works in Conservation Areas

Cllr Jamison proposed the Parish Council raise no objection to the application and request a suitable replacement be replanted.  Seconded Cllr Kelly, All in favour.
