·
Access to the site via Bacchus Lane provides
insufficient head turning with a lack of vision to motorists.
·
Access to the site via the Playing Field & Leisure
Centre is insufficient to support any further vehicles, with no pedestrian
footpath located on the road Health & Safety of pedestrians would be
compromised further.
·
The Route to the Playing Field & Leisure Centre
should be kept clear at all times to provide access for emergency vehicles.
