The Meeting of South Cave Parish Council Planning Committee took place
in the Town Hall, Market Place, South Cave at 7.00pm.

1733 Approval of Previous
Planning Meeting Minutes (6th December 2010)
Cllr Manley proposed that the minutes of the 6th
December 2010 be approved and entered into the records as a true and accurate
record with amendment to spelling mistake in item no 1730, seconded Cllr Lenton,
All in favour.

The planning committee noted the
above decisions made by the ERYC.
1737 Current Plans to consider
(i) DC/10/04839/PLF/WESTES Full Planning
Permission
Erection of single and two story extensions to front,
alterations to roof height, construction of dormer windows in roof to rear and
alterations to garage to create additional living space at 25 Castle Rise,
South Cave for Mr & Mrs Inceer.
Cllr Munby proposed the Parish Council recommend refusal
of this application due to overdevelopment/over massing in a residential area,
which is not in keeping with the character of the street scene. This proposal will also have an adverse
effect on neighbouring properties in particular number 23 in terms of
overshadowing. Seconded Cllr Kelly, all in favour.
(ii) DC/10/04983/PLF/WESTES Full Planning Permission
Erection of an additional garage adjoining existing
integral garage at 22 Castle Drive, South Cave for Mr & Mrs Manfield.
Cllr M. Turner proposed the Parish Council raise no
objection to the proposal as it will have no adverse effect on the property,
neighbouring properties or the street scene.
Seconded Cllr Manley, all in favour.
