Planning Meeting 10th March 2008

 

The Planning Meeting of South Cave Parish Council took place in the Town Hall, Market Place, South Cave at 7.00pm.

 

Present:            Cllrs Mann, Turner, Lenton, Marsh, Scott, Kelly, Harrison, Mrs Barnett, Mrs Manley (Chair), and Mrs Turner

1482  Apologies for absence

Cllr Scott proposed that apologies for absence be accepted from Cllr Wright, seconded Cllr Marsh, vote: 9 in favour 1 abstention.

 

1483   Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes

The minutes of the meeting of 4th March 2008 were signed, as a true and correct record proposed Cllr Marsh, seconded Cllr Mrs Turner, All in favour.

 

1484   Declarations of Interest

Cllr Lenton declared a personal interest in Minute Reference 1487 (iii) due to acquaintanceship             

Cllr Mrs Manley declared a personal interest in Minute Reference: 1487 (iii) due to proximity of application site

Cllr Mrs Turner declared a personal interest in Minute Reference: 1487 (iii) due to friendship

1487   Current plans to consider

(i)DC/08/00035/PLF/WESTES – Full Planning Permission

Retention of temporary office building at Westbridge Homes Ltd, Annie Med Lane, South Cave for Westbridge Homes Ltd. It was noted that this application had just been withdrawn.

(ii)DC/08/00488/PLF/WESTES – Full Planning Permission

Erection of two storey and single storey extensions to rear (amended scheme at 06/03971/PLF) at 14 Bull Pasture, South Cave for Mr J Hargraves. Cllr Barnett proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to this application as it has no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, and has no adverse effect on the character or appearance of the Conservation Area, seconded Cllr Kelly, All in favour.

Erection of a conservatory to rear at 45 Northfield Close, South Cave for Mr and Mrs McCann. Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the application as it had no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, seconded Cllr Turner, All in favour.

(i)Councillors noted receipt of letter regarding a TPO on the tree at 39 Beverley Road, South Cave
