1597 Approval of Previous Meetings Minutes (12th
March 2009)
Cllr Barnett proposed that
the minutes with slight amendment of the previous meeting should be approved
and accepted as a true record, seconded Cllr Kelly, All in favour.

(i) The Council considered a response to the planning appeal (public inquiry) re wind farm at Sober Hill Farm. Councillor M Turner proposed that: the Local Planning Authority be asked for the Public Enquiry date; that our interest be registered in any Section 106 agreements, and seconded Cllr Lenton, All in favour.
(ii)To note response from Enforcement Officer re enquiries regarding 24 Brough Road and Steep Hill. Cllrs noted the responses from the Enforcement Officer regarding 24 Brough Road and Steep Hill.

Cllr Manley proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection as it has no adverse
effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, seconded Cllr Harrison. All in favour.
The applicant addressed Council in support of the following application:
(ii)DC/09/01158/PLF/WESTES Full Planning Permission
Erection of dwelling and detached garage at land rear of 12 Pinfold,
South Cave for Mr and Mrs N Ullfors.
Cllr Lenton proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection as there is no adverse
effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene and has no
adverse effect on the character and appearance of the Conservation Area,
seconded Cllr Harrison. All in favour.

As the decision to refuse this
application has already been received, Councillors noted this application. Proposed Cllr L Turner, seconded Cllr
Barnett. All in favour.

App No. 6407(s211) fell and prune trees at 41 Church Street, South Cave
Cllr
Barnett proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the works as described in order to maintain the
quality of the tree stock in this area, seconded Cllr Manley. All in favour.

App No. 6414 (TPO) - fell trees at 23
Wesley Close, South Cave
Cllr Turner proposed that the Parish
Council raise no objection, with
the suggestion that 2 replacement trees of suitable species are
planted as close as practicable to the original site. This is in order to
maintain the historic tree belt in this location. Seconded Cllr Kelly. All in
favour.
