the minutes of the previous meeting should be approved and accepted as a true

Mr P De Cobain. Cllr Lenton proposed that whilst it is appreciated that the
applicant owns this section of the lane, the Parish Council recommends refusal
due to overdevelopment of the site, concerns remain over traffic flow, and the
loss of trees at one of the main entry points to the village, seconded Cllr M
Turner, All in favour.

wall and vehicular access at 5 Beverley Road, South Cave for Mr P Morris. Cllr
Lenton proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the proposal as
it has no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street
scene, and no adverse effect on the character and appearance of the
Conservation Area, and that the Council recommend the reuse of materials where
possible, seconded Cllr Scott, All in favour.

garage at 2 Middle Garth Drive, South Cave for Mr S Trowill Cllr Scott proposed that the Council raise
no objection to the extension to the dwelling as it has no adverse effect on
the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, but would recommend
the reduction in the ridge height and pitch of the garage roof to lessen the
impact on neighbouring properties, seconded Cllr L Turner.
