1539 Approval of Previous Meetings Minutes (27th
August 2008)
Cllr Marsh proposed that the
minutes of the previous meeting should be approved and accepted as a true
record, seconded Cllr Lenton, All in favour.
Cllr Barnett declared a
personal interest in Minute Ref: 1543 (v) being a neighbour.

(i)The Committee discussed the settlement profile for South Cave in connection with the LDF with Cllr Harrison proposing that corrections and amendments be sent to the Forward Planning Dept, seconded Cllr Marsh, All in favour.

Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council would raise no objection as it has no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene. We would request a condition regarding obscure glazing to the south western elevation (51 West Hall Garth) in the interests of privacy, seconded Cllr Lenton, All in favour.

Cllr Barnett proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the proposal, as it has no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, seconded Cllr L Turner, vote: 7 in favour 1 against.(iii)DC/08/03999/PLF/WESTES Full Planning PermissionErection of first floor extension to rear of existing dwelling, alterations and conversion of existing Initialled

Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection as concerns have been addressed, it has no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, subject to materials; it was noted that the previous plans were lacking a flood risk assessment, and so assumed this has been received by the LPA as there was no copy in our consultation documents; also, some concerns were raised regarding the storm canopy over one front door, and would comment that this is not in keeping with the Conservation Area, therefore would not preserve or enhance the Conservation Area, seconded Cllr L Turner, All in favour.(iv)DC/08/03535/PLF/WESTES Full Planning PermissionErection of replacement detached dwelling and garage at Sunnydene, Stonepit Road, South Cave for Mr Hill. Cllr Lenton proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the application, as concerns raised regarding access appear to have been addressed, and would ask that before any work is undertaken there is an archaeological survey carried out, and that there is a landscaping/screening scheme to the southern boundary, seconded Cllr Barnett, vote: 7 in favour 1 against.
1544 Trees
(i)App 6100 (S211) prune trees at 24 Brough Road, South Cave. Cllr Lenton proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the works subject to the Tree Officer's approval regarding quality and quantity of the pruning, seconded Cllr Marsh, All in favour.
(ii)App 6096 (S211) fell trees at 45 West End, South Cave, Cllr Lenton proposed that the Parish Council would not support the removal of the trees at this important location due to its visual amenity, but would raise no objection, however, to the removal of the conifer; and would not raise an objection to the supervised pruning of the trees, seconded Cllr Green, All in favour.
(iii)Decision 6070 4 Southcote Close permission granted
