took place in the Town Hall, Market Place, South Cave at 7.00pm.

Cllr Lenton proposed that apologies for absence be
accepted from Cllrs Mann, Scott, Wright and Mrs Barnett, seconded Cllr Mrs
Turner, All in favour.
The minutes of the meeting
of 13th August were signed, as a true and correct record proposed
Cllr Marsh, seconded Cllr Kelly, All in favour.
There were no declarations
of interest.
(i)Councillors noted the copy letter from
resident regarding the LPAs response to the discrepancy between drawings and
buildings at Trinity Fold. Cllr Harrison proposed that in the interests of
accountability and transparency after recent problems with certain housing
developments, a letter is to be sent to Mr Adams asking if he has received a
response, and that the LPA be asked to ensure that checking land levels is part
of the planning procedure, and that this should be monitored throughout the
development, seconded Cllr Kelly, All in favour.

receipt of the East Riding Local Development Framework Housing Site
Assessment Methodology. This document is to be circulated.

Retention of boundary fence at rear at 66 Market Place, South Cave for Mr J Hall. Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council recommend refusal, as the application is contravenes current planning regulations, is unsightly, and has an adverse effect on neighbouring properties, in particular No. 8 First Lane, therefore, it also has an adverse effect on the character and appearance of the Conservation Area, seconded Cllr Kelly, All in favour.

Outline Planning Permission
Erection of 1 no. dwelling to replace existing caravan (access to be considered) at Mires Beck Farm, Common Road, South Cave for R L Tucker Ltd. Cllr Lenton proposed that as there is a bungalow already on site, there is insufficient economic justification for a second dwelling, therefore, the Parish Council recommends refusal, seconded Cllr Marsh, All in favour.

Strategic, Full Planning Permission
Continued use of land for siting of 15 caravans and additional 4 caravans at Millbeck Nurseries, Common Road, South Cave for Coletta & Tyson. Cllr Harrison proposed that the Parish council recommend refusal, as the need has not been demonstrated that the inhabitants of these caravans are required to be on site so there is no economic justification, seconded Cllr Marsh, All in favour.

it is a different tree then the matter be brought back before Council, in the
interests of fully informed decision making, seconded Cllr Marsh, All in
favour.

the proposals for the £5000 grant to the Town & Parish Flood Fund, with
Cllr Harrison proposing deferring any decisions until further information is
obtained, seconded Cllr Turner, All in favour.

proposed Cllr Kelly, seconded Cllr Mrs Turner, All in favour.
(iv)The Committee
considered attendance at the South Hunsley and Dale Wards Police and Partners
Community Forum Tuesday 11th September, North Ferriby Village
Hall, 7:00pm. Cllr Kelly is to attend, as the Police representative.
