Committee took place in the Town Hall, Market Place, South Cave at 7.00pm.

1575 Approval of Previous Meetings Minutes (5th
January 2009)
Cllr Marsh proposed that the
minutes of the previous meeting should be approved and accepted as a true
record, seconded Cllr Kelly, All in favour.
The Council declared an
interest in Minute reference 1579(ii) and took no decisions on that item.
1577 Correspondence
(i)Councillors noted Planning Inspectorate appeal decision on 91 Beverley Road, South Cave appeal upheld, planning permission granted.
(ii)The Committee considered submission to the Planning Inspectorate appeal (Written Representation) at 72 Beverley Road, South Cave. Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Councils comments be re-iterated to the Planning Inspector, seconded Cllr M Turner, All in favour.

1579 Current Plans to consider
(i)DC/08/04187/PLF/WESTES/TR Full Planning Permission
Erection of two storey and single storey extension to the rear with a
dormer window to the rear and a detached double garage to the rear (amended
scheme of 07/07578/PLF (amended plans and description at 39 Beverley Road,
South Cave for Mr and Mrs Brooker. Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council
raise no objection to the application as it has no adverse effect on the
property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, but would suggest a
condition regarding obscure glazing to the velux windows, seconded Cllr Kelly,
vote: 6 in favour 1 against.
(ii)To note DC/08/05502/CLE/WESTES Certificate of Lawful Development
Existing certificate of lawfulness for the use of existing land as cemetery at Cemetery and Disused Chapel, Station Road, South Cave for South Cave Parish Council. Councillors noted the application.
1580 Trees
(i)The Committee noted the application and decision: (S211) 6253 remove
and replace a Willow tree at 5 Beverley Road, South Cave

consider the ERYC response letter regarding tree works pilot scheme. Cllr Scott
proposed that the ERYC Officer and the new Tree Warden be invited to attend the
March meeting of the Parish Council, seconded Cllr L Turner, All in favour.
